twin turbo's

Post by grimmy »

Was thinking of turboing my 98 disco v8. Has anyone done this and if so was it an easy conversion? Also has anyone gone for the twin turbo's on the v8

Easy conversion - I'll say no, considering the space in the engine bay, be difficult to make it all fit. That said, give Deacon Automotive in Bentleigh a call, I'm pretty sure they've done a twin turbo disco. Don't know if they've perfected it yet, but I know they had it running about a year ago, so they should be able to give you a good idea of price and problems. They also have done a supercharged 4.6 RRC.
