HELP!!!!ASAP 4wd selector has come out....

Hi guys l have just noticed that the 4wd selector has come away from it's knuckle at the top where the gear lever goes in and there is a circlip with it as well and don't know how it goes back together and its a GQ patrol 5 speed....

Fixed it myself and left the circlip off as l could not belive Nissan wanted $16 for the clip......so fixed now......
