Sierra wiring question

Post by Liam »

anyone know for sure where the wire from the earth switch on the handbrake lever goes to? I seem to remember it went across the drivers side floor and up towards the fuse box- buggered if I can spot anthing there that looks remotely like the thin plug on the other end.(there's always one) Colour coding?

What year we talking about hear as NT and WT might be different.

I have the original 85' drover manual wiring diagram plus the rest but not at work. It does not have the handbrake in it at all. :?:

On my WT it goes across the floor and into the sill pannel as you said.
At the other end it comes out above the drivers side radio speaker, and it has a small bullet terminal on it. It plugs into a rather large terminal but on one side of it. It looks as though you could plug a bullet terminal into each side of it.
There is a shield around the female plug made of clear plastic. The wire is black.
Best I can do in the dark.
