roky steer box pissing out fluid

Post by lay80n »

Hey, just interested if anyone has rebuilt a rocky steer box(power steer) or has any info (maybe anything in that manual of yours bundyrumandcoke). mine had a small leak that has got to massive size now pissing fluid all over my leaf pack and everyting. got some quotes on seal kits that are round $200 or so. i dont mind doing it myself just interested if anybody got pointers on it ( in 4th yr apprentice mechanic so i should be able to handle it)
cheers

80,
Sounds like you may be fixed up. I can send you a page showing scematics for both power and non power steering boxes. Page SR67 in shop manual. I assume this is what MURCOD has sent you.
