Where to buy SuperPro bushes for a 110
Hi all does any one know where i can buy a full set of superpro polyuathrane suspension bushes for my 110 county? Idealy in Australia thanks.
Dont do it, poly bushes are crap in landy's, they actually chew out quicker than OE rubber and can cause at worst stress fractures also i have found that the bolts tend to rust in the crush tubes making them a bastard to remove.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.

I've found that some independent 4x4 outfits carry them.
Have had 2 sets of Superpro panhard bushes and thoroughly recommend them.
Also have a set of angled rear trailing arm to chassis bushes that are probably Pedders and were in perfect nick after at least 140k kms that I am re-using them with new crush tubes and have clocked up about another 30k kms.
I don't have oil leaks so OE rubber is an option which I use for some, but with poly the beauty is you don't need a press to fit them. This is a great advantage because you can dismantle and inspect without destroying anything.
Some brands of poly are great in the right application, some are not any good in any - as I expensively found out................
Did a full rebuild using all new (no names) blue urethane bushes from Sydney and was very disappointed. Panhards clagged out in about 5k kms, mostly because the crush tubes were slightly too short and the bush flanges were under too much pressure.
When I was changing the panhards back to Superpro I noticed a surprising amount of movement in the front trailing arm to chassis bushes. Only 5k kms old.
Changed these to new OE rubber and a clunk I had when the auto shifted from 1st to 2nd (which I thought was in the front RH hub) disappeared. Spent days trying to find the source of this f'n clunk - changing hubs, CVs etc.
Examination of these (no names) bushes showed that the front halves had permanently compressed over 5mm more in 5k kms than another brand (probably Pedders) had in 140k kms. (Pedders? ones were no different in length than new OE rubber after all that time.
The crush tubes supplied with the (no names) chassis to rear trailing arm bushes looked to be about 10mm too short. Rang them about this and was told that they were the right length. Yeah right. Never put them in because the Pedders? ones were angled which suited a 2" lift and softer.
I also use poly bushes on the rebound side of lower rear shockers (rubber on compression side) where the angle of the mount is NQR because of 2" lift.
This keeps the shocker pin centered in the hole in the mount better than rubber alone, using thick gal Toyota cups. Works really well.
Grease the bolts (not threads) to prevent rust in the crush tubes.

I just bought some SuperPro bushes from Fulcrum.
Just letting you know that if you ring the Moorooka head office that it is only the warehouse now. Your bushes will be waiting for you at Yerongpilly.
I've only fitted the panhard rod bushes. The lower bush was soaked in oil. There isn't even a leak near it so it must be from when I changed the oil once?

I haven't noticed any difference yet. My rubber ones looked pretty shagged.
