polyprop susp bushes or rubber in my ln106

hi ive got solid axle front and rear leafs in my lux and was going to put new bushes all around cos old ones are pretty worn.
should i use poly bushes with grease or just rubber
and if i use poly will it make for a harder ride?
Ln106 dual cab lux 2.8 diesel
2inch lift, canopy, 32 pedes, barwork

2006 vz sv6, 3.6l high output v6

Not realy a rubber bush once it's pushed in will be just as hard as a superpro or nolathane bush if you go the polly get greaseable fixed pins and shackles and keep the grease up to them and they'll last a long time don't grease the outer part of the bush when installing them just the fixed pin or shackle (inside) also use castrol Lmm grease or whatever brand you like don't use rubber grease on them it's worse than not putting nothing on at all. Hope this helps out.
