Looking for budget turbo kit for TB42

Post by chevJ40 »

Before you guys tell me look in the seach area I have, I've read them all and remember reading somewhere that some of look blokes were saying that you would maybe putting together a budget turbo kit for carby gas TB42 and going to sell them. If not I was hoping you guys could tell me what the best kit (setup) out of all the ones that have been talked about on here.

I was also hoping that maybe some from melb was selling a kit they didn't want any more or the kit and the engine together.

This isn't my user its a mate of mines.

Thanks

i belive he said budget........

Andrew will be min 10k

JPC same again

Joel not josh from PGS would be your best bet however they have done some straight gas setups.

Also you may wish to try bidders 4wd...

Basically what people have been doing (budget) is using a td42 cast log manifold ebay intercooler, also a cheap ass turbo off ebay however try and avoid the chinese copies as they wont last long... Not sure what spec size to use however if its a garret roller you would be looking at least GT30 with a T3 flange... then running a blow by gas setup a few cars on here have been done like this i.e. hottiemonster (ex Joel from pgs motor) and there are few others just have to use the shit search function.
go the fonz
