i hopefully will have this thing all finished in two weeks would be done now if i didnt have uni exams
i like that snorkel!! you really have a tire called a "mongrel"?
my aussie pal he in Oregon like to call people "Mongrel" it one of his favorite words. lol
cheers easy as to make that snorkle was. and yeh monoform over there in oz made them. their a copy of the simex centipede and only cost about $250 (nzd). there so cheap cause there a retread. and i recon they call them mongrels cause they look pretty mongrel lol
simex jungle trekkers are unbeatable in the mud i am able to get through most stuff in 2wd in my rocky they are about $320 a pop though but worth looking at for your next set if your serious. dont worry others told me it couldnt be done either, thats why i did it
have you heard what happens if you sit on or over 100kmph for to long with the mongrels

i think they are actually a bit longer these ones as they are rears. not to sure what type of hilux they are out of though. the wreaker i got them from just had them lying about. i have to get some longer shocks to take the bounce out of it now.
i may have to keep an eye out for some of those diffs need the width to allow me to do steeper sidlings and diff locks
