Has anyone done or know how easy it is to lift the standard tank two inches?

Id say cut the mounts off and runa strap type mount setup.

easy but a pita for a std tank

leave the front mounts where they are, but have it sitting above the rear chassis member rather than below it (on the rear mounts).

Stick your head under there and youll see what i mean.

This wont lift the whole thing but gives you more clearence (protection?) at the back pretty easily
