fuses for the windows and central looking

Post by Ippie »

Guys,

My Vit is a 97'/2.0/V6/5doors/Auto as shown here <--------

All the windows are not working suddenly...
Also, the centrol looking buttom is not working too...
But, the central looking would work with the alarm when I turn it on.

Can anyone tell me where are these fuses are located at?
Or what else I should look into....

I have tried to search for the answers here or on the internet but I can't find the related answers nor the workshop manual...

Please help.

Million thx.

Can anyone help to clarify if this's the correct layout?
Since it's in Russian....

Anyway, I don't see there's a fuse for the windows...
And, the DOOR LOCK fuse wasn't blown...
Where should I look into???
:?:

What's with those wires shoved into the fuse connectors? :?

Have you checked the fuses in your engine bay?

You'll most likely find those other manuals are still fairly close to your fuse layout- eg. I use the 2.5l V6 GV manual even though I've got a 2.7l V6 XL-7. ;)

Well, I didn't do these myself
I guess the No.5 for the alarm.
But not sure what's the No.7 for...

Anyway, I don't see the fuse for the power-window from this layout.
Does your manual tell you where this fuse is located at?

Also, the No.6 is for DOOR LOCK if it's the right layout.
But it's not blown.
The central lock is working when I lock the doors with the alarm and when I lock from the inside at the back door.
Really don't know if it's only a failed switch on the driver's side door or what...

But all these 2 failure happened at the same time a few days ago...

Anyone knows where the power-window relay is?

I have been looking for fuse of it but i can't find it anywhere in the engine bay and underneath the dashboard...
