loose fan on an 88 rangie

Post by Flange Raider »

one of hte fans is loose and is hitting up against things and generally making a bastard of a noise..

I've taken the grill off and from the front there is only one little nut, but that doesn't tighten or loosen.

the nut on the bastard fan had silicon over it whereas the nice fan has a little black cover.

so obviously it has a history of being a bastard..

I really just need a quick fix, either to tighten or take it off..

team, you've got 40 minutes..

how do I take it off..

there's one nut behind it that I can see..
but I can't get to it very easily... is that what I'd have to get to take it off?

I think I'm outta time anyway.. (which just means that I've got until tomorrow arvo to do it, not another 6 minutes.. hehe)
