Don't forget Wazza's adapters as well. Definitely a cheaper option but doesn't upgrade the entire top housing like the Gigglepin.

Flamin' Fabrications had a good write up in 4wd Action this month.

Gigglepin manufacture the twin motor replacement gearbox tops for 8274 high mounts. The new gearbox top completely replaces the Warn gearbox top, and has a stronger set of gears, supported by roller bearings, and a faster ratio. With two motors pulling we can increase the winch line speed by changing the gear ratios in the Gigglepin gearbox top housing.

The Gigglepin Replacement Gearbox top is $ 2025.00
This includes the high speed internal gears, fully supported on roller bearings, and a replacement/stronger drive gear that activates the brake assembly.

Optional extras, which are highly recommended are:
Upgraded/strengthened mainshaft and Cam gear
Replacement Brake Pads made from a engine clutch type material $70.00

I have seen standard winch's break main shafts, so when running twice the motor, it makes sense to replace the internals with a stronger shaft and gear arrangement. Just sorting out a deal on the main shafts, so I will advise the price asap, (cheaper than they used to be).
The brake pads are handy particularly if you go through allot of water, and i have been told they eliminate the shudder effect some winch's have under breaking, plus they are have a bigger surface area for more efficient braking.

What do you do about the freespool? I understand the Gigglepin does not currently have a freespool.

Currently we do not have a free spool system available, but in a couple of months we will have a free spool option up and running. I will let you know when it is available.
