100series speedo problem

Post by rgzook »

After driving home from work yesterday i noticed my speedo is jumping around like when the cable is about to snap on a old style cable driven speedo setup.

But aren't these electronic???

What could be the problem and how much do you guys think it's gonna cost me.

Yes, definately electronic.

Hopefully a wiring / connector issue, but it could be the sender unit itself. Check the wiring and connector to the sender on the rear of the transfer case.
