definately is ilegal to have perspex i had to replace mine with glass for safety cert to sell mine even though i bought it through a dealer like that

I wouldn't run perspex anyway because of the way it breaks. If going plastic it may be worth looking at polycarbonate.

lexan is used for drag racing because it doesnt shatter, dont think lexan is legal for street cars either

there is a perspex place a few doors up from anaconda ;) on parramatta rd.
its next to the toyota dealer.
