I have a 80series 1990 LC that has a saggy front LHS coil spring and i just want to do a changeover using a secondhand coil from the wreckers. i will be changing over the front 2 coils and was wondering what the difference between the 1990 model [series1] and the 1995 model [series 2] coils are and if i will have any problems?
i realize the series 2 came with 16" alloys and bigger brakes, but was there any suspension changes.
the replacement coils are from a petrol EFI LC and are going on a petrol LC
thanks for the info. i have not picked them up yet from the wreckers, but have paid for them.

god i hope not.
i checked them out but its hard to tell even though they look the same.
the wreckers have a set on a 90 model but they dont look like they are in that good a condition.
i dont want an aftermarket set as i didnt want to spend big bucks before going away at easter and i want to keep the same ride height as standard.
