Cheapest way is to get a set of 2inch lifted kings for about $300 and fit them yourself with std shocks. That will get you started if you are on a budget.
Then buy some flares (or you can use flexi rubber ones (side fix) for about $100 then tyres (may need to tweak the bump-stops as well on flex).
Alternatively for about $100 you can buy some precut 50mm alum rod and High tens bolts and do a body lift which may reduce or eliminate the cutting...
Then the shocks which will start from cheap and go to expensive...
Then the brake-lines...(insert brake lines above body lift if you go that way)
Hope that helps...
Now- open up the can of worms and have some fun- show us the pics!

If he goes bodylift he should go here for extended brakelines:

I just put a set of 5 on my RRC and they are great. Like F1 stuff. Couldn't buy 1 hose in oz for the price of 5 extended by 2" from this lot.
Were here in a week.
cheers, DL

Hi surfseller06, i have 2" spring lift with 1 inch coil spacer 35" tyres and guard cut, seems to be OK.
Question for you guys, i added the coil spacers myself, as there seemed to be enough travel in the shockers, but not sure if the springs have become tired or not. Can they get tired with only couple years use? I ask becaues i wish to go heavier springs in the rear so am considering new kingys but tossing the spacers and going 3" springs. Whats your thaughts

Thanks Guys for the info, Will properly going to get 2inch springs and new shocks and see how we go. If the new rubber scrubs we might get the one inch space's. Should be fine as he is going to get 255/85/16 bfg's so he can keep the stocko rims.
