GQ leaf ute suspension?

Post by dan_2818 »

Just been offered a 96 GQ leaf ute for $10,000
Very clean and reliable car, but my only concern is that it wont be capable offroad.
Whats avaliable in suspension mods with these to get them higher and flexing
Would want to fit atleast my 33s off my lux, and hopefully 35s when i can afford it.
Would a spring over be neccessary or is there a lift kit for these?
and i tried to search but not much on here.

Thanks heaps, Dan

2 inch body lift
extended shackles or Superior drop shackles
remove sway bars
custom leaf packs
front shackle reversal
we run the above on our leaf comp truck and it works well

no real need for a spring over imho

theres a few ways to go and they flex quite well alot will say that leaf fronts flex better than coils
