hey guys getting my car ready for roadworthy and brake pedal high but nothing there i pulled master cylinder ofbooster today and not bypassing pulled drums of and new wheel cylinders no leaks got wheels off front and discs and pads ok anyone got any ideas also when drums go on should they be tight on rear as at the moment they come off easy thanks guys :idea:

Rear brakes will need to be adjusted if the drum slips on and off very easily. It should be a tight fit. Is it factory disc brakes or have you just done a disc conversion? Pics of the master cylinder?

hey mate there factory discs its a 82 and a single reservoir landcruiser master cyl

When you say "pedal is high but nothing is there", do you mean the pedal goes to the floor when depressed? Or are you getting a firm pedal but no bite? Adjust up your rear brakes (they are probably way out) and see if it improves.

hey mate checkin today and goin to bleed pedal is high up towards dash and goes to floor not much there strange though fronts rears seem ok master cyl not leaking through back and booster holding air as pulled hose of after 2 days and had pressure :?

update i bled brakes had bit of air and working good now just gota adjust rear shoes any helpful hints
