No, an orange vest is so much better. We get to tell the yellow vest what to do and where to go.
Well if you really want to get technical its called the Tough Dog Tuff Truck Challenge but we dont really worry about the semantics of it all. We'll even be happy if its called "The big thing happening at the back of Broke kinda thing"...LOL
It’s only days before the “Know”
Forty-one teams (outside of the TTC07 place getters) have nominated and will vie a position in this year’s field of competitors at the Tough Dog Tuff Truck Challenge (TTC08), which this year is in association with Snake Racing.
The last of the voting forms will be counted in the next few days with the competitors and their field placement to be publicly announced on Friday 21st March 08.
The place getters from last year’s TTC gain automatic entry to this year’s Challenge, as well as receiving the top position in the running order. These include team’s Total Care 4WD/ABT Racing (Mal Van Ysseldyck/Mick Finch), Evolution (Phill Noble/Phil King) and OPW (Peter Antunac/Tarrant “Tazz” Baguley).
What happens from there will be very, very interesting!!
As of Wednesday 12th March when the last of the votes were sited before Friday’s close off, team Bandage Bear of NSW (Mark Mitchell/David Rowlands)-468 had a very slender lead over two Queensland team’s-Long Shot (Brett Long/Troy Wilmot)-455 and Advanti Racing (Brett Thorpe/Grant Walker)-433.
Further note is made to nominations from interstate. Out of the 41 teams that are hoping to make the cut, the top ten voted nominations so far sees 6 from Qld, 1 from Vic and just 3 from NSW.
Gee, do the interstaters want the title or WHAT!!
Watch this space for when the competing field in this year’s Tough Dog Tuff Truck Challenge and their running order is announced in what will be a Good Friday.

crazy times.
but well done to all concerned, especially mark for buying the mags and sellign votes for charity.
This would be a result of more entries than possitions which has not happened in the past. I doubt anyone really beleives that the public were the only ones who voted for the front runners in the vote standings. This time around if you wanted in you had no choice but to start voting for yourself.
it wasnt so much -" this time around if you wanted in you had no choice but to start voting for yourself " BUT .. this time around if you wanted in you had to buy your way in
