Well those brissy boys and girls can do a trip so why don't we. We've got some awesome 4x4ing up here anybody out there keen. I havent been bush for a while and am keen as a pig in poo...got the good camera for the shots as well...if we can find somewhere that is not under 2m of water...

Is it true the government is going to make it compulsory for all new 4wd sold North of Mackay to have snorkels fitted?

That way they can commandeer them during times of floods instead of having to use boats.

And in 2009 they are going to turn all of Cairns into a protected marine park. Great for the tourism, you won't have to spend hours on a boat getting to the great barrier reef. Just gotta build up the level of the airport a bit.

you would be mad not too anyway, the snorkel i mean, actually the airport was under water last week and it only rained a day....not that you guys know what rain is in the last few years poor buggers.....
