new bushes, not alot of point other than a bit of extra lift without longer springs to correct shackle angle.

yea extended shckels are good 4 a quick lift thats bout it

They will actually give you more travel as long as you have the correct shackle angle to start with.

You may need caster wedges in the front, and also keep an eye on your brake lines that they are not too short.

Do a search for IFS rears into solid axle and you should get all the info you need
