where do i grease up

am buying a grease gun on weekend. where do i add gease to keep everything maintained and what grease do i buy.

unis if they have nipples. only my rear shaft have them. also the front shaft has 1 in it i think

a stock sierra only has nipples on the driveshaft slip yokes, nowhere else. Some aftermarket unis have nipples though.

i thought thered be more places. what about the actual log and short pieces of the shafts, if they arnt greases they will cease up. can i grease these through a nipple?

yep, the splines on the shaft will be lubed by the nipple. if they haven't been done for ages though, it's best to pull them apart and wash them and re grease.

what grease do i use for everything, a general purpose black one?

I've always just used HTB for driveshafts and everything except CV's which get LMM (lithium)
