Reversing V6 comm sump, tips and pics please!

Just wondering who has reversed their V6 commodore sump! Any tips you would like to suggest and pics would help too thanks!

I got mine from Mark's adaptor's ,I did my conversion in 2000 but just had a look at there web site and they want $650 for them now.Part number MES768.This includes the extended oil pickup aswell If I can find my digi camera charger I will post up a pic Maybe you could get someone to fab one up for you a bit cheaper.

I did mine myself. Marks & HI-energy want $650.

Got a pan and pick-up from the wreckers for $30.

I was going to cut and reverse it but it will get in the way of the exhaust so ended up just using the flange and making the whole thing.

Is your sump steel or alloy, mine was alloy so I just cut one of the Wings at a 45 to clear the diff when flexed, you can sorta see it in the pic

. Mines a steel one! Just hav issues with the panhard and draglink. Short story, sump gotta go backwards!
