Unbolt the caliper and then remove the whole hub by undoing the 50mm nuts that hold the bearing in.
Once you have the hub off, put a tack weld on the back of the stud and undo as normal.
You may have to tack a piece of rod or flat bar from one stud to another as the the studs are steel and the hub is cast iron.
You use a rattle gun to do them up?????
PJ. .....pretty much the same solution for the rear.
Jack up and undo the 4 nuts that hold the drum to the axle,
remove the wheel and drum as one,
flip over so drum faces up and tack weld a piece of steel between 2 of the studs,
undo as usual.
Replace dodgy stud/s.
