GQ seats

Post by Jimbo »

My mrs keeps complaining about the passenger seat in the GQ (94 st). She seems to think that its very uncomfortable compared with the divers seat. Is there anything i can do to make it more comfy besides changing seats?? I heard somewhere that raising the front of the seat mounts a little can help. Anyone heard of this??

you can get the seat 'rebuilt' which will be new padding nad replace any shagged springs.. Aint cheap, but cheaper than new or recaro.

failing that, grey import seats and get them fitted up.

The thing is that she says the drivers seat is fine and doesnt mind sitting there for a few hours. I sat in the passenger seat while she drove and i dont see the prob!!

My mate bought a pair of autotechnica seats from repco the other day for $295(for both!). Good to sit in but a pain to get in and out of.
