G13A Exhaust Ports

Can someone please tell me what diameter (diagonal) the exhaust ports on a G13A are? I want to build a turbo manifold and I need to decide what size pipe to buy without pulling the exhaust manifold off. I will leave that until I fit the new manifold. I suppose it would be sensible to buy an exhaust gasket as a template. If anyone knows off the 'top of their head' it will save me time.

Exhaust ports are 22 x 31
