Rear Disk Brake conversion GQ Patrol

Is there any kit for this ? I can buy Land Cruiser 60 rotors and calipers, but want to find out about the caliper bracket ? What do you guysw do ? Run GU rear diffs with disks ?
GQ TD42, OME 5" suspension, 3" bodylift, shimmed V6 Pathfinder LSD front, ARB rear, Safari snorkel, custom front and rear bumpers, Nissan 4.625 R&P, 37" MTRs.

why not run GQ diffs with discs, then the GQ calipers etc?

Not as easy to get here as it is Down Under !!

From memory couldn't you just buy a rear disk brake diff from over here and unbolt the end ( with caliper etc ) off the main housing and get them sent over ?
