That little rubber o-ring under the transfer shifter
that self-destructs at the wrong *^^$%%#$ time..

There is no part No. as far as I can tell

Shifter bushings......? Dooberlaky, thingy-majigger...? I managed to get one from my local Suzuki parts dealer.
