Yes, I have done it, but I think I stuffed up where I pulled the vacuum from. I have learned that depending on where the vacuum comes from (in relation to the carby) some strange things can happen.

Idle was much much better but I couldn't ever seem to get enough advance in- It would bog until it was really revving.

It's a bolt in though.
