Shorty Pajeros are great, but a little lacking in space. LWB Pajeros have more space, but that long rear overhang doesn't work as well offroad.
So, how about taking a LWB chassis/running gear, chop the rear of the chassis to replicate the shorty rear, then create a body to suit?
One option would be to lengthen a shorty body to suit? Lengthening the hard-top could be a reasonably complex job, but how about lengthening a J-top? Or do a cut & shut of shorty rear onto LWB front & floor? (Not sure that would work too well...)
We've seen chops of a single cab tray back on a LWB chassis (looked rather good, I thought...) Any photo-chop gurus fancy creating a LWB J-top?
