GQ petrol noisy tappets!

nyone know how to stop these from sounding like a damn time bomb? its the only thing i can pick on the new FAMILYBUS and its driving me nuts! is it a simple oil change wich i doubt will shut it up or is it a case of having to tightin up the rockers? if so is there anyone willing to take this job on for me and ill fix em up with some brewskies? obviously im in Sydney so local would be nice! thanks in advance

Have to tighten the rockers.

Its not difficult and you dont need special tools so it might be worthwhile having a crack yourself.

check your vavle clearances as per the book but i changed my timing chain and my tappet noise reduced but then again the timing chain i put in was still only second hand as most places could not source me a timing chain not even nissan... tisk tisk

Mine were noisey as well so I checked the clearences but were all good and still makes the noise ... Fresh oil still no change .. Another mechanic told me that the fact that I have a bigger sports exhaust makes them noisey ???
