Well it actually appears everything could possibly be legit here. After also hasseling this guy on Pirate i got an answer out of him regarding the email. This is his reply-

First of all, I translated the email for you:

The reason why you got this email:

Apparently, you wanted to contact us at autolifter@googlegroups.com. We thought that everybody could send messages to that emailadres, but this isn't the case (we didn't knew that until you provided us with the above email). Now we know that you can only use that emailadres if you are member of our discussion group, but, as it is a private group, only we (3 persons) can post on it and, as a result, can use this emailadres. So if you would like to contact us, please us autolifter@gmail.com. (We also updated the site: emailadres is updated and, after contacting the administrator of the third party website on which we created our survey, we managed to get everything in English (so the first page isn't in Dutch anymore.)

Hey all, for some strange reason, I could not get on Outer Limits 4x4 last couple of days. So this explains my absence.

If anybody of you still receive emails of us, please let us know. This is certainly not normal..

Btw, we took the survey down as enough people filled it in: 407 respondents (234 in Dutch & 173 in English). Thanks!
