Pic of the coilovers, if they were moved inwards at the top would it give more wheel travel.
Thanks.

My suggestion would be to search the net, and find some good 4 link set up programs from pirate 4x4 or similar, as none of that engineering looks like it will suit a 4wd application.

Tony did you buy this or build it?

Those coilovers look like a set of old motorbike rear shocks?

And the links look very weak.

Hey Tony, i bought this thing as is to fix up and finish. I took one of the shocks off and they are 95 mm round and 730 mm long as it stands in the pic below, look too big to be off a motor bike, the a frame is made of 40mm solid round bar and the side bars from the diff to the chassis are only 25mm solid round bar, hope to get some ideas at TTC and try and sort this thing out. How did you go with the F350.

long links is cool, those buggers would be heavy, as for the join in the middle, weird but maybe for adjustment and cheaper than adjustments on each end...

i would leave the coils straight up at down, just make sure they dont stop or bind during travel, maybe angle them slighty forward or inward, but dont lay them over too much or they will lose effectiveness....
then you need to run stiffer springs etc
hands and mums dont count!!!

Thanks BJ, the rods look like 2 joined together so i might separate them and just use 1 either side, being so long will get bent easy i think.
