ok the time has come. for most of you not a big step......but for me a massive step......... i have never changed my oil before i came across this forum!!!! i read this forum everynight and have to thank everyone who has contributed for their knowledge. i am about to put a 1.6 carbi vitara into my sierra...i want that added power....so what do i do?? any pointers? any tips??? this couuld very we1ll end in disaster but i really hope not. if anyone in the sydney area knows where i can get a decent vitara engine 1.6 carbi please help me. wish me luck like i said this could very well end in disaster. if there are any other newbs out there let me knoe and i will post pics of my epic adventure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to make it real easy on your self, buy benT s adaptor kit. and possibly use your 1.3 inlet manifold and carby. than it will almost be a day job to fit.go buy all the service stuff B4 u do the job, ie cam seals, timing belt, crank sel, clutch if needed ( using your original 1.3 clutch and flywheel). look at your engine mounts, they are normally broken. than its a matter of doing the sump and your done
