Front Driveshaft Question

Post by MyGQ »

Ok well fellas to cut a long story short, on the weekend i managed to destroy my front tailshaft in my 92 GQ Diesel (so much for brand new uni joints).

So i was looking around and noticed that the Cab Chassis models have a Double Carden joint on their front ones, that looks like a good idea.

just wanted to know will this tailshaft be ok for the 92 LWB GQ? i have a 7" lifted unit.

It should fit!
I have one from a leaf unit on mine to fix a vibration/noise
issue after lifting.
I had to be shortened to match original though.
cheers

ok well if it has to be shortened i won't do it cause i don't have that ability :( and don't want to spend too much on it to get it back and going, if it was a direct bolt in replacement i would do it :)
