The TB42 now has extractors & FARK it gets hot. HOT DAMN HOT. I reckon a bonnet vent, but i havn't found any good ones. I thought about a gu scoop but unless i face it towards the windscreen i don't think it would work. any thoughts

GQ UNDERBONNET HEAT
THe extractors were making the battery so hot it wasn't funny. Last night we oxyed three bolts to the extractors, two on top & one vertically on the side and mounted the original heat sheild. Has reduced the heat from the battery area heaps, but I will still mount the scoop to allow the hot air to escape. Obiviously it is off road crawling around it was at its worst. We came up with the fan idea last night as well, going to look into it - thanks. Good idea about wrapping the hoses up- i'll try that. I reckon it all comes down to the heat shield as the staring point.
