80 series tacho going haywire
The tacho works fine but occasionally it starts jumping around a few hundred rpm or so. Also when sitting at the lights with the indicator on it drops in time with the indicators, turn the indicators off and its all fine. Weird thing is its not all the time just sometimes..
Check this it's bellow coullom where a airvent goes underneath feel for the loom and jiggle it around when it's playing up see if it makes a differance mine will drop out tacho, temp, charge, indicators and power windows check around there i should realy fix mine one day
plenty of parts on the bench
