Gas Mixers

Post by wolfengo »

Hey all does anyone have gas mixers to fit the old carbie model p76 3.5 engines. Wat im looking for is mixers that bolt straight on the carbie.

As in simple mixer rings that bolt between the air bit and the carb, for a complex convertor setup?

I got 2 somewhere I think, $boxabeer ;)

They are 1/2 " thick alloy plates with a tube protruding and a perforated internal ring the that dispurses the lpg into the air stream, you also need a Y piece and a complex type converter to go with them.

I tried them but pulled the whole lot off and fitted a holley, the key to getting them to work properly is to set the carbs up so that using vacum you can raise the pistons in the carbs giving better airflow.
