I'm guessing it's on the front?
Tyre pressure too low, like less than 35PSI can be a problem.
Alignment places insisting they allow for the camber of the road in the city is another issue. Ask for ZERO camber if you feel it's happening more on the passenger front wheel! It's a bit of a conspiracy theory of mine about these tyre places doing these NEGATIVE 1.5 degree Camber settings for wheel alignments gets you coming back sooner.
Do you drive it hard in corners? With the pass side negative camber, this will cause extra scrub.
Also, is your chassis and control arms perfectly straight. Also the control arm BUSHES and BALL JOINTS can do your alignment no good if they are worn.
Have your torsion bars been wound-up? You will know if you look at your front suspension down travel bump stops. If they have no gap, then the torsion bars will have been wound up.

I have put some thought into getting the 3lt t/d myself.
As for the scrubbing out, I cant rerally add much to this, just make sure that you take it to people who know 4wd's.

tyre scrub
Check the control arms for cracks the passenger lower one is bad for it. I have replaced 3 so far they seem to crack on the front near the ball joint mount .A torch and something to scratch it with . What size tyres are u running .32s with no lift scrub when ever u turn but 31s miss except on compression turns.
