Braided extended brake lines for LFS 4 runner

Post by dawg runner »

Gday,

I am just about to start putting all my brakes in and need to get some extended brake lines for it.

I have Dropped hangers, Snake Extended shackles, RUF and i am putting 9012's in the front, hopefully back as well but we will see.

I have found a guy to make them to ADR Standards in braided steel with plastic tube over them for $80 a line. Bargain if you ask me. Considering snake and superior are $88 for standard. He is going to drop them out to me and take some measurements on power steering line as well. Champion

I am thinking of just getting 6 inches extended as once i get flex i know i will want more. I can just use some low strength elastic to hold them out of way if i need to so they will stretch out if they need it.

Thanks in advance.

Dave.

Should be right just make sure when you put them in that you keep them at the right angles so the curve does point out towards you tyres and get caught up.
Kind Regards,
