If it is, that'd be the CCJC "Bog 'ole" event from 1984. My grade 4 teacher showed us that video in 1984.

There was also some video of the gravel pit at the end of Western fireline. I think access to that has been closed for about 5 years.

That video also had a pretty cool old dual cab gen 1 hilux with a falcon 6 in it - had plenty of grunt.

im a member of the CCJC and nobody is game enough to drive the bog hole as its a bit deeper these days. Trying to get a copy of the clubs video of some of their events they held at the property.
1999 SQ625 Manual Grand Vitara. Lifted, Twin Locked, 31' Extremes, dual Batteries, Winch.
Lots of custom gear as I cant afford the proper stuff.

My old man would of been there that year also! He reckons some the best weekends he has had have been there into the early hours of the morning! :cool:

Had the jeep jamboree back there in 2004 seemed like an alright place to play around!

The bog ole wasn'tas deep as in the photos and stuff dad has stock as cars where ideling through it! BUT around to the side it was swalling jeeps on up to 38's! :shock:

Events like these are awsome but drying up and dying like this event did with the insurance issue! :cry:
