Hi all. After i've have set the cut-off date, and after I have got numbers, I will be asking everybody that has put their hands up to make a deposit of $200 minimum, or the full amount - whichever they can afford.

I'm going to try and leave the offer open for at least a week to give everyone a chance to work out their $$$ and see if they can afford to be in it or not. I completely understand that some people havent got $400 to throw around, but i'm willing to hold out for anybody that's in a "position".

Hopefully we'll get a few more numbers in the new week.

Coxy

PS. DONT FORGET - TELL YOUR BROTHERS/UNCLES/SONS/DADS/NEPHEWS ABOUT THIS!! MORE PEOPLE = CHEAPER PRICES!!

If you put an order in for a manifold, they will be a little bit cheaper than what they are already. ;)

Thanks for your input mate. If our supplier cant reach that point for us, i'll be straight on the phone to you for a special price.

Are you expecting payments before or after the 15th of this month?

Do you have a picture of the manifold?

Does anyone know if a GT3540 would clear the block on a TB42 using one?

No closing date has been set yet, as i'm waiting to see if there's any people that are keen but need to wait untilmid-month for $$$. I only get apid once a month, so i know how much of a pain it is for something good to come up when you can least afford it.

I'll try and get a photo organised of the manifold - but i've got no idea about whether a GT35 would fit mate.

Thats the general idea. I figure if we can get some decent numbers for the manifolds, we can then haggle a bit on some turbos. Not too sure how well a GT28 will go on a TB45 though. Might be reaching the turbos limits.

-- Note: Edited dates & payment info to suit supplier. PLEASE READ! --

The time has come people....

8pm EST, 13th of May is the cut-off Time

I will post up an order template, which the people buying goods will just fill out and PM to me - this will make it easier for me to keep track of who wants what, how much they owe, and where it has to be sent, rather than me just copping random pm's.

Buyers must have the full amount paid by 8pm Sunday the 18th. Some banks take their sweet time transferring money, and i dont want anyone stressing out, or telling me i didn't allow enough time. Be ready to pay up!

Fingers crossed, providing nobody holds it up, everybody should have their parts in time to get them fitted up well before Queens birthday long weekend.

Have a question??? I cant answer it if you dont ask. (Just dont ask for confirmed pricing).

Does anybody have any issues with paying by bank deposit? As far as i'm concerned, its quick, safe & traceable. People can put their OL username in as a payment "note" so we can track it. Easy.

At the request of several members, here's some more pricing. Keep in mind that this is all ridgy-didge stuff - no imitation or cheap import cr@p. All prices are INCLUSIVE of GST.

Cast turbo manifold, suit TD42/TB42/TB45 (min 10 units)____$345.00
Garret GT2860RS BB turbo (0.64 or 0.82, min 5 units)______$1455.00
T3 to T25/28 turbo flange adapters_____________________$151.00
T25/T28 laser-cut dump plate (make your own dump)________$25.00

Freight charges wil be quite cheap. They will be shipped from the supplier to you, most likely via TNT.

Thats the same as the one listed from the supplier we're using, its the one with the smaller exhaust turbine housing.

Its personal choice whether people buy it from eBay or whatever. The main advantage of buying it from this deal is that there wont be any stuffing around as far as warranty issues go.

We can only tell you guys what price the supplier offered them to us for, and if they dont wat to sell it any cheaper - then they dont have to. Sure it would be nice of them to cut us a deal, but realistically, selling half a dozen turbos would be chicken feed to them.

OK guys, here's the process for ordering your goods.
(NOTE: i will send a confirmation PM to you re: pricing after we get all of the orders, that way we dont overcharge or have to refund you ;) )

Anybody interested in ANY of the products listed in the post below MUST use the order process as per instructions:
coxy321 wrote:Cast turbo manifold, suit TD42/TB42/TB45 (min 10 units)____$345.00
Garret GT2860RS BB turbo (0.64 or 0.82, min 5 units)______$1455.00
T3 to T25/28 turbo flange adapters_____________________$151.00
T25/T28 laser-cut dump plate (make your own dump)________$25.00
Fill out the ordering template below, and then PM it to me. You must fill out ALL of the template.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OuterLimits Username:

Real/Given Names:

Postal Address (where the goods will be sent):

Contact Phone Number:

Products Wanted:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I will accept orders up until 8pm Tuesday night.

From here, i will put quantities to supplier, confirm pricing, then PM back buyers and confirm the individual prices. I will also supply bank account details for you to deposit the money into.
(send to: Coxys 2008 Holiday Fund, BSB. 696-696 ACC. 1800467739, The Bank of Tahj Mehal).

From there, the supplier will check off each persons name as the money reaches their bank account. When its all paid for, the goods will be posted off.

BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: This system relies on everybody that puts an order forward to actually follow through and pay for it. Otherwise we'll all be waiting for our stuff while the supplier waits for his last deposit (which possibly might not come). So just to make it clear and obvious, DONT WASTE OUR TIME IF YOU DONT PLAN ON PAYING!!

I dont mean to come accross as rude, but when the shit hits the fan - i'm the one thats going to cop it of unhappy OL members.

Also, just to revise, this is a NOT FOR PROFIT sale, ie. the prices you guys will be paying is exactly that of which the suppliers will sell it to us for. Hell, we're not even going to overcharge you on the postage!!

Let the orders come forth....

if you do this, nothing will ever happen. You need a cut off date. Money not recieved by this date - too late. otherwise 4 mths time you will still be waiting.

At this point in time, i'm only waiting for one person who has said yes, but hasn't put an order forward. I dont want to root around too much, as there are people that have placed orders and have the cash ready. If anybody has a "financial issue", but is interested - PM me. I'm not a bank, therefore cant do loans, but might be able to work something out.

The cutoff date for orders was last night at 8pm, for anybody that missed the instructions. I have given plenty of notice, and also sent out reminder PM's to everyone that showed an interest.

As soon as i get a yes/no from this last member, i will be PMing out payment details and order summaries.

I think MTQ and PowerGlide setups are high mount. You can rule out a TMIC though if you're going to use a high mount turbo.

turbo glide and denco are top mount, MTQ/DTS are low mount
