Hiring Centipedes for a weekend

Post by Luxy »

Just wondering if anyone knows a place where you can hire a set of 32in Centipedes for a Hilux in the Frankston/Dandenong/sorta-close-to-this-area from for 3-4 days. What price would I be looking at paying.
Do Pro Comp in Hallam do this?

Thanks in advance

Yeah, I gave them a buzz Kev.
They only had Mongrels in stock at the moment.
$195 for 3 days with a $200 bond....
Is this price normal???
The trouble is, when I hiring a set, I will be wanting to come home and buy a set of Mongrels or Centipedes quicker than I hoped! :D

well if no one else is doing it then yeah its normal. Not bad way to decide if you want the tyres I suppose. Do they mount them on your rims or on a set of rims they have.

Or all 4!!!
That way it only works out $50 a tyre!

Pretty sure that was with rims, he was suppose to call me back thisafternoon. But I couldn't be bothered waiting, so I left work early and came home to drink icy cold beer instead!

Dogtyred here in Brisbane (well sort of) refund the $$ you paid to hire the tires if you come back within a certain time (by arrangement) to buy a set. I don't know if this is the norm with this sort of thing :?:
