body lift engineer?

Does amyone know an engineer in s.e. Melbourne that will engineer a 50mm bodylift?

what material is it made of?
lwb 1.6efi,4sp auto,f&r airlockers,dual t/cases.custom coils.builder of ROAD LEGAL custom suzukis...and other stuff.
CAD modelling-TECH drawings-DXF preparation.

what sort of vehicle? if its got air bags your out of luck
nissan 98 gu 5" lift 37 creepys, 80%reduction gears, front locker and a gen3 and no money.

need to know material. has to be solid as in alloy or steel...some engineers will do it in vic.

Vehicle is a 95 80 series landcruiser non airbag model,
I will do it in any material as long as it is going to be legal,
I dont care if its alloy or steel, Just want to do it right the first time. :)
