be interesting to see what they retail for here?
they might start pricing themselves too high if the pricing is correct.

Are they still keeping the old muds too, or phasing them out?

Yes.

Anyone have any news on what sizes BFG Australia will be stocking. Although i realise the more popular Aus sizes are not available yet there are some great sizes allready available.

I dont think anybody, not even BFG Aust know when they will arrive.

they will only be in 17-20inch rim sizes for aussie at the start.. apparently by Nov 15/16in sizes.

Theres several places in states doin em for $250ea for 315's.... for 16inch rims. Almost worth importing.

There was a set of these on the ARB 200 Series Cruiser that was on display at ARB Brighton on the weekend. 17" rims.

When I asked where they got them from, none of the sales staff could help.

because the tyres were sourced by head office and not the Brighton store

Local tyre dealer here said he would not be able to get these even thougfh he sells BFG's.
He said BFG will only be selling them through 4WD outlets :?

The new KM2 is going to replace the old MT once all the new sizes have been released. I doubt that your local tyre dealer will only sell BFG ATs once he runs out of the old MTs.

BFG is a little late to the game with 40-plus-inch tire, but the wait was worth it. Here the new 42-inch KM2 (center) is compared to a 42-inch Irok from Interco (left) and a 39-inch Krawler (right). We measured the KM2 at just over 41 inches. For such a big tire we felt the tread depth was a little shallow. The Mud-Terrain is definitely quieter than the Irok or Krawler on the street, and performs as well in the mud. We feel the M-T is a better tread for the all-around truck that sees street duty as well as off road, where if you are building an extreme buggy, you'll most likely want one of the more extreme treads.

He hardly sells any muddies from his store anyway even though about 60% of his sales are 4wd tyres.
We havent had rain for 3 years ya know.
Might be why his BFG supplier will not supply the new ones, a demand thing.
Its actually a Bridgestone outlet but sells a lot of other brands too.
