Gq over heating

Post by Bluey_boy »

Hi all need some help sorting out my patrol.

After driving for about an hour or so when i come to a stop the water boils and flows into the overflow bottle and then out the overflow from the bottle. This is wheather i leave it running or turn it off.

so far i have had radiator cleaned by a proffesional
change the radiator cap, new water pump, new thermostat.

does any 1 have any ideas??

blown head gasket or cracked head ?

My old SD33T patrol used to do this too after hot running, Never had any issues with the motor other than this. My rad was blocked to the shat house, but never bothered finding the exact problem.

Might just be your viscous fan hub. I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a rooted viscous hub.
