Here you go temp mounted. I am thinking of spraying this case the same colour as the tray seeing it will be sika flexed to the tray.
I have over 500MM in depth with the case now. I am even thinking of installing a 3rd deep cycle batt just for the fridge in the space behind the fridge.

Day 44
What a day!!
Wiring fixed under the tray and a new earth strap was added. Block and tackle worked a treat getting the tray back on and it only sagged an 1" in the rear with the 220lb springs which is great!! i had 2 spares and my 100kg mate on the back it still sat very flat and it gave me a chance to test the air bag coils so all it good in the ass end! did a little damage to the paint work on the tray as it's still very fresh but no big deal.

yeah i like it more and more everyday!
the doors etc will be fixed over time but my main aim atm is to get it engineered and on the road! being a late model rangie the doors and panels are $$$$ and hard to come by so i just hope i have the cash when they come a long! will keep the colour the same i have always like it.

Put the tray back on and wire it up again and re weld tray mount to new chassis
Some bits for the interior and wire up UHF

How much of the Disco grill did you have to cut out to get the RRC bullbar and winch to fit? Do you have any close up pics of the grill I can look at?
I have a RRC ARB winch bar and Warn XD9000 winch that I'm going to put on the front of my 98 tdi Disco and am wondering before I do, what type of surgery on the grill will need doing.
Very nice build up by the way. If I didn't have three tin lids, I'd contemplate doing the same thing.
