I actually have a detailed outlay of my electric turbo setup. That also utilises Hiclone for maximum performance.

Mind you this setup wasn't cheap as it is totally custom and uses a few of both single and double turbo units aswell as three or four hiclones.

I am looking through my files now, if I find it I will post it up.

This is getting so outrageously out of hand i just may have to try four of these pieces of sh't. I'll do two in series and two in parallel. Who needs snorkles? These should suck the oxygen clean out of the water. I'll post up results if i get bored enough to waste that much money.

I saw a big yellow dual-cab sorta looking one go through town last week. Had a swag and an Engel in the back. Took me by surprise a bit actually. It didn't have an electronic turbo or any hiclones fitted though (tight @rses).

Note: the two single turbo directly above the inlet are ground to the engine.

I also have a dyno graph that is at home. The missus is gonna email it to me at lunch.

I have had the ok from the developers on this .. it has been driving me crazy sitting on it listening to all you fool babble on about how good these things are ...

I have been heavily involved in the relaibility testing of an Invertor electric toibo (Electric Toibo is trade marked by the way)

Being an invertor model it use's far less electricity than any electric trubo that has come before it, It has a far higher duty cycle and is lighter as well.

Due to the extreme light weight of the parts, tiny packaging of the power supplies and increadibly low current draw one can be used per cylinder allowing for maximum efficiency, powered by individual TiMH batteries ( recharged by regenretive feedback that occures during normal driving procedures) the unit can be mounted on virtually any motor.

You lie - you are stealing my idea. I have a patent on a setup that looks like this, only using electric turbos:
Image

My setup also incorporates 4 small inverter electric air conditioners, to cool the incoming air, making it even more dense and providing a 5 boggedtillion times increase in boost. The inverter part means that in cold weather they can heat the incoming air, providing preheating of the engine or faster warm up.

Forgot to add, the engine will run on Barnsey's beer-fueled flatulence, and the electric turbos and air con system can run on Bogged's false sense of self importance and social outrage.

Fark me   ... they must draw a huge amount of power if you need to tap into a source like that ... ;) :D

I have a LEFT HANDED one on my mower - it cuts grass like you wouldn't beleive.

The right handed ones don't work properly in the southern hemisphere and can block your natural munchurian flow, which backs up through your arms when you're pushing the mower and makes you fart.

I'd hate to think what it would do if used in your car - maybe make you shyte your pants when you put your foot down. Don't risk it mate.

PS it might work ok if you have an auto and only use your left foot - cos that's what the americans do.

Mate hate to say but told ya so. But has been quiet funny because it hasn't been a personal attack on you, rather, putting hiclones and electric turbos in there place. (the f*cking bin)

Really Dude, the only serious posts in this thread were yours. Electric turbos are an ebay scam. This has been done to death.

The V6 dCi Concept engine features, among other things, specially designed air intake ducts which increase combustion speed through a swirl effect... Built-in Hiclone!!

They must work!

If you look at Volvo trucks they have a heap of little hyclones on the outer part of the airbox. I wiuld say it would have something to do with either reducing intake noise or the effectiveness of the air filter rather than extra power.
