i have a 6" mannel mega lift kit in a gu wagon , its about 2yrs old now sits great and the ride is good to .i have a far bit of weight all the time to , k-mar bar and wheel carrier, rear draws full with recovery stuff and a 37" spare that weighs 59kgs
the rear sits slightly heigher than the front and level when loaded and towing .
i think the boys at tough-dog (4way suspention) use the same coils ,so try ring either off those 2 .
it sound like you either have the wrong length coil or its way to soft
off road "size DOES matter"

Would have to be incorrect springs in the rear.

You are looking at $185 for the pair including freight for the extra heavy duty rears.

Yes that is a good point. I have 3 different Dobinsons rear 6-7" lift coils. You may find that the extra heavy duty rears might be 2" higher then your coils.

On the front stock height is 60-65mm at the bump stop within the coil. What are you sitting at?
