Im going to need to make a set of these on my 45 so thought i would see if anyone has any other pics i dont have. Some really good ideas in these pics-

You mean from dirt/mud etc? As long as you dont cut them up higher than the stock guard you could possibly modify the original inner guard to still fit. And i think it wouldnt be too much work to make a custom inner on anything higher than stock.
i pretty have all the same pics on my computer here, as ill be making something similar in the next couple of months, with any luck it all works out for us, be good to see how yours turn out Ruff,
That looks like a stock guard with a piece of tube added just to the front and part of the side. Looks good. And i guess it would be stronger than stock but im going to need mine way wider than stock to cover the 80 series diffs. Im also wanting to make them easily removable. Possibly just 3 bolts and they are off.

Hey Ruff, mine on the old comp troopy were removable, but my computer died last week and lost every bit of data on the hard drive so i can't post any pics unfortunately.......
