DIAL UP BEWARE all pics are at 640x480 but there are lots of them.

Im going to need to make a set of these on my 45 so thought i would see if anyone has any other pics i dont have. Some really good ideas in these pics-

Most of these have come from Pirate or ih8mud. Some are also unfinished pics.

i can't say i like the look of this style tho.. its too much like a heep
Image

my personal favorites are still the ones Matt uses.. (sorry.. not the most flattering pic.. but the first one 1 found)
Image

on a shorty it would be nice to tie it into the sliders and then all the way back to protect the rear of the tub..

You mean from dirt/mud etc? As long as you dont cut them up higher than the stock guard you could possibly modify the original inner guard to still fit. And i think it wouldnt be too much work to make a custom inner on anything higher than stock.

The truck was a right off but the sliders survived, stood up real well to the impact and bolted stright on when we swapped them over.

That looks like a stock guard with a piece of tube added just to the front and part of the side. Looks good. And i guess it would be stronger than stock but im going to need mine way wider than stock to cover the 80 series diffs. Im also wanting to make them easily removable. Possibly just 3 bolts and they are off.
